B12 and D3 Deficiency?
So today my doctor called and told me I have a B12 and a D3 deficiency. So now I have to take some more supplements. I looked it up on-line of course and neither one is good. Apparently a B12 deficiency takes years to get. Well, I have had Luke for years :) Yes, I have been neglecting myself a lot since he was born almost 3 years ago. I really need to start eating for nutrition not hunger and getting some exercise. Sleep is finally happening since he got his tonsils and adenoids out. He has been healthy for almost 3 weeks that is a record!!! Here's to my health for once. Sleep, eating right, and getting some exercise so I can feel good.
